My passion is to help organizations transform themselves such that they create radically new value for their customers, themselves and the entire ecosystem. These organizations could be large and established, start-ups, or social/governmental. I have created and run 2 start-ups over 6 years. First one failed (commercially) and second succeeded. I learnt as much from the failure as from the success. These experiences not only gave me exposure in the \'hard\' (cross-functional) but more importantly the \'soft\' (leadership, team-work, visioning, training, collaboration, cross-cultural understanding, etc). I have often mentored friends and contacts with their entrepreneurial ventures and ideas. I have also been involved with IIM-A incubation centre holding workshops with start-ups. I love grooming, teaching and training youngsters, especially in areas of entrepreneurship and business innovation. I have taught innovation as an elective course at 3 B-schools in recent past - SIBM (Pune), IMT Ghaziabad and Welingkar (Mumbai). I love researching ecosystems and writing insightful papers. I have recently finished researching India and Israel as two innovative ecosystems and about to publish a paper in both India and Israel. For this, I met over 40 organizations in the two countries. Other areas of interest - I love orchestrating connections between people & organizations: employers-job-seekers, career advice, vendor seekers, entrepreneurs seeking partners, NGOs seeking donors, etc. I also love photography which allows me to capture and interpret in my own life\'s wonderful moments and nature\'s awe-inspiring sights.
